The Al Dente Artisinal Pasta rebrand and package design is carried out through several different pasta types and includes labels (front and back), package design, recipe cards and spice label stickers. The goal of the project was to completely break away from the typical Italian product stereotype of green, white, red and checker pattern to create something sophisticated and influenced by contemporary design. Each color represents a different type of pasta along with the different flavors for each type. On the back label, the color palette completes the branding for easy reading. To offer better uses of the product and to share ideas each package of pasta comes with a recipe card an small spice packet. The recipe often relates to the specific type of pasta purchased. Each spice packet would have a sticker indicating its type of mix.
