I led the redesign process for the Schnucks website redesign and replatform. The goal was to improve the overall user experience of the site and integrate eCommerce through the Instacart Connect API.
I collaborated with internal developers, technology partners, and many others across the business which included User Experience Designers from World Wide Technology. In this process I translated existing design styles (atoms, molecules, and organisms) from the Schnucks Rewards app to the new website so there was a cohesive brand experience across app and website. My responsibilities also included building/updating pages in the new headless CMS, reviewing pages in QA/Beta/Prod, creating images, working with a copywriter, and prioritizing new features, enhancements, and bugs.
I designed the home page, the eCommerce shopping experience (which includes checkout process), order ahead experience for departments (deli, party planning, floral and bakery), marketing landing pages and other additional flows.
